Celebrating Excellence and Togetherness: Span Medicare End-of-Year Party 2025
On 13th December, at Kyanja Resort Span staff celebrated the end of a successful year marked by growth, dedication, and service. Dressed in a classy chic black-and-white theme, employees brought elegance and style to the evening.
A major highlight of the evening was the Staff Awards Ceremony, where outstanding employees were recognized for their contribution to the growth and success of the facility. The awards celebrated commitment, accountability, teamwork, and compassion which are values that define how we serve our patients every day.
Beyond awards and formalities, the event showcased a lighter side of the Span Medicare working environment. Music, shared meals, and informal interaction allowed colleagues from different departments to connect in meaningful ways. These moments of togetherness played an important role in boosting staff morale and strengthening teamwork.
